Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Valley Compounds LLC("musicly", "we") for using musicly.life. By creating an account you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy.

Accounts

• You must be 18 or older to create an account. Children use musicly through the profiles you create for them, with your permission and supervision. You're responsible for those profiles and for activity on your account.
• Keep your password safe. Tell us at support@musicly.life if you think your account was accessed without permission.

Free plan and Premium

• New families get a free Premium trial without a card. The free plan includes a limited amount of playing time per day for each child.
• Family Premium is one plan for the whole family: $20/month (plus any applicable tax), covering every child profile on your account.
• New families can try Premium free for 7 days without a card. If you don't add a payment method before the trial ends, your account returns to the free plan and nothing is charged.
• Once you add a card, Premium renews automatically each month until you cancel. Cancel anytime from Account → Manage billing; your Premium access continues until the end of the period you've already paid for, and you won't be charged again.
• Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see your card number. We don't give refunds or credits for partial months, except where required by law. If something went wrong, email us — we're reasonable.
• We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice by email; changes apply from your next billing period.

Using musicly

• musicly is for personal, non-commercial practice. Don't copy, resell, scrape or reverse-engineer the service or its song arrangements.
• Note detection uses your microphone and won't be perfect in every room; scores are for encouragement, not formal assessment.
• musicly supports practice and learning; it isn't a substitute for a qualified teacher.

Availability and changes

We work hard to keep musicly running but can't promise it will always be available or error-free. We may add, change or remove features. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

Liability

musicly is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time from Account settings, which cancels your subscription and deletes your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA.
